Customers are responsible for:
- installation of the device
- correct wiring and configuration
- ongoing maintenance of the device
- ensuring the device remains powered and operational
Once delivered, Outright Telematics is not responsible for loss, damage, misuse, or incorrect installation of the device.

The subscription provides:
- access to the Outright Telematics tracking platform

£14 per device per month (excluding VAT) when billed monthly.
Customers may also choose to pay annually, which includes one month free compared to the monthly rate.

4. Subscription Start Date
Subscriptions begin once the tracking device has been provisioned and dispatched by Outright Telematics.
Provisioning involves configuring the device and registering it within the tracking platform prior to shipment.
5. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically based on the billing period selected during purchase.
- Monthly subscriptions renew every month.
- Annual subscriptions renew every year.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Outright Telematics to charge the payment method provided for future renewal periods unless the subscription is cancelled.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Annual subscriptions are paid in advance and remain active until the end of the billing period once purchased.

The SIM card:

The SIM card remains the property of Outright Telematics and may be disabled if the subscription is cancelled or if these Terms are breached.
8. Device Configuration
Devices used with the Outright Telematics platform are provisioned and configured by us to ensure reliable operation.
While a device is active on the Outright Telematics platform, device configuration may be restricted or locked to prevent unauthorised changes that could disrupt service operation.
If a customer cancels their subscription and wishes to use the device elsewhere:
- the SIM card provided with the service will be cancelled or deactivated
- device configuration associated with the Outright Telematics platform may be cleared or reset
- access to the Outright Telematics platform will be removed
9. Device Installation and Feature Availability
Outright Telematics will integrate and support features that are supported by both the tracking device and the tracking platform.
Feature availability may vary depending on the capabilities of the tracking device model selected.
The correct operation of many features (including sensors, inputs, CAN data, driver identification or other telematics features) depends on correct installation and wiring of the device.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the device is installed correctly in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Outright Telematics cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of features where the device has been incorrectly installed or wired.
